Dev Environment Setup

1. Install VSCodium (VSCode without the telemetry).
2. Install the following plugins:
   • EditorConfig
   • AMPL plugin
   • CWTools
   • Paradox Syntax Highlighting
3. Change the following CWTools settings:
   • Cache: Stellaris = (current game path)
