Service Level Agreement. The project is to develop an application based on RESTful API of VelloOS, a commercial SDN controller by Sonus Company. The application uses an XML file to store policies for different flows, and query the bandwidth usage of flows in real time, and then dynamically adjust the maximum bandwidth available for the flows according to the predefined policies.
