This is a Blitz.js app.

cypress-test

This is a really basic example of a problem I am having with cypress + blitz.

Steps I have taken

• create project (blitz new cypress-test)
• generate blitz files (yarn dev)
• install cypress (yarn add -D cypress)
• generate cypress files (yarn cypress open)
• add cypress/tsconfig.json
• install dotenv-flow
• install tsconfig-paths
• update cypress/plugins/index.ts
• update cypress/support/commands.js
• update cypress/support/commands.js

Then I try to run yarn cypress run and I get the following error

The plugins file is missing or invalid.

Your `pluginsFile` is set to `/Users/martyn/Code/cypress-test/cypress/plugins/index.ts`, but either the file is missing, it contains a syntax error, or threw an error when required. The `pluginsFile` must be a `.js`, `.ts`, or `.coffee` file.

Or you might have renamed the extension of your `pluginsFile`. If that's the case, restart the test runner.

Please fix this, or set `pluginsFile` to `false` if a plugins file is not necessary for your project.
