OTKD frontend application

This projects is divided into 3 main parts:

1. Administration for organisers for managing covid certificates from runners
2. Form for managing IoT trackers from the tracking service provider
3. Frontend for the webview in the mobile application for submitting different covid documents from runners

This app was used during the Od Tatier k Dunaju race.
