Resume

1. Edit json-style resume and choose a proper theme online: http://registry.jsonresume.org
2. npm install -g resume-cli to install the command line tool.
3. npm install -g jsonresume-theme-${themeName} to install the corresponding theme library.
4. resume export ${themeName}.html --theme ${themeName} to export a html resume export index.html --theme ${themeName} to overwrite the default one.
