BP-BGT-Worldmap
This mod replaces the ingame worldmap with a large, new worldmap. It is used especially for the Megamodification (BGT, TDD, SOS, CtB, TS, DSotSC, NTotSC, SoBH, Drizzt Saga...) or partial installations of the Megamodification. It also includes a full set of coloured map icons. The mod offers the choice between two different worldmap sizes: large and huge. Either of these two worldmaps can be used for BG1, BG2 and ToB. Alternatively, a smaller, specially prepared worldmap can be used for ToB.
BGGOEET
This mod is probably the biggest visual overhaul of the game since it was released. It reinstates the extended night areas that are missing from all main areas except Baldur's Gate. Now, when you open doors at night they show light from inside the building. Buildings actually have windows that are lit up.
generalized_biffing
This WeiDU mod allows you to biff the content of the override folder for improved performance. The game thereby loads much faster again and the performance is running pretty smoothly without jerking.
Region_of_Terror
The mod is based on the adventures of Drizzt Do'Urden. puts in Drizzt and his companions as playable NPC's and you'll be able to play with him through the old and new quests. The mod contains several new big quests and adds in four new cities/villages/towns.
RuadRofhessaItemUpgrade
Ruad is a smith who improves items as well as forges some quite new items. You find him in the west of Waukeens Promenade on top on the wall.
Shadows_over_Soubar
In a nutshell, Shadows Over Soubar is another large mod made by CBisson, adding many new quests, characters and areas to the game. The player travels to the town of Soubar, where the Bhaalspawn's powers are sorely needed.

Check_the_Bodies
This mod adds various quests to the BGII part of the game, including new areas, a new city, spells, stores, animations, and items: This is a mini-quest mod, each single quest works as a stand alone quest.

This mod adds a small backstory to the minotaur who reveals just what he and the three dead bodies are doing in Athkatla's sewers.
The_Unusual_Oddities_Shop
This mod adds a very unusual merchant to the Dock district of Athkatla. She sells a variety of unusual goods.

The goal of this mod is to ensure that each Bioware NPC gets their fair share of banters with each other.

Expanded_Thief_Stronghold
This mod expands the thief stronghold to make it more interesting by adding new quests and importing Narlen Darkwalk and Black Lilly from the Baldur's Gate Shadow Thieves guild into Athkatla.
Fading_Promises
This Baldur's Gate II mod adds a quest and a series of encounters with a talkative ghost, Aidan, a fallen paladin of Amaunator.
YoshimoFriendship
This mod adds a series of dialogues with Yoshimo, our favourite charming knave whom we meet in Irenicus Chateau at the beginning of the game. Spanning the length of the time he's in the party, the Yoshimo Friendship expands on the humorous rogue, adding to his story and giving the player a new perspective on the character.
