1. First Go to Specific Folder then 'Add File' -> 'Create New File' OR Edit Others' Code
2. Write or Paste Code Your Code
3. Create a Pull Request

You can even add code in other languages that are not mentioned above. For that, just create a Folder with the name of Language and put your code inside of that.
