issue with the pole vector of the quadruped_legs modules

the ik_handle of the knee flip before ik_handle of the leg, that make an undesirable flip of the upper-half of the leg. for the front_leg module

if building the deformation chain, there is an issue with the chain when the pole_vector is behind the leg. for both modules

update the pole_vector as we did it for the fingers

probably a problem with the orientation of the half_bones or something from the deformation chain
