Allow you to add a do not know checkbox or do not want checkbox to text input (text and numeric).

Before activate this plugin you need to get and activate toolsSmartDomDocument plugin.
The checkbox are available on single text and numeric for LimeSurvey 3.X version.
This plugins use 3 settings
- Global settings
- Check default checkbox to activate
- Set default value for mandatory questions
- Set default default label (used for all language
- Survey settings
- Check default checkbox to activate for this survey (use global settings by default)
- Set default value for mandatory questions for this survey
- Set default label for each language in this survey
- Question settings
- Check checkbox to activate for this question (Default to current survey)
- Set value for mandatory questions for this question
- Set label for each language in this question
