Soengmou / est_noise

A set of routines that analyze time series, primarily from GNSS and borehole strainmeters, that computes rates, offsets, sinusoids, postseismic/Omori law, and amplitudes of user supplied functions. Uses least squares but, importantly, simultaneously, computes the contribution of temporal correlations often found in geophysical time-series. The program (and the set of scripts) simultaneously estimate the values of the deterministic functions (eg, rate) and a set of parameters that model temporal correlations. These temporal correlations are modeled in terms of power-law noise in the frequency domain.
