What is PasswordProtectedChecker

It is a small utility that you can use to check if a file is password protected. In most cases the check is done directly in the file itself so no original programs are needed (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Example

var checker = new Checker();
var result = Checker.IsFileProtected("myfile.doc");

var checker = new Checker();
var result = Checker.IsStreamProtected(myFileStream, ".doc");

Installing via NuGet

The easiest way to install PasswordProtectedChecker is via NuGet.

In Visual Studio's Package Manager Console, simply enter the following command:
