Config Help:

save = Save the groups without owner (locked ones)

webhook = your webhook

self_proxies = use the proxies in "proxies.txt" file (http/https)

Scrapper:

scrapper = True (scrapper proxies) False (dont scrapper) is not that hard

timelapse = Each time that it will scrappe proxies (put it in 5k, 4k aprox because it counts for update the title)
