This plugin allows Realms users to get voting weight from their spl-gov deposited tokens as normal, but also counts any governing tokens deposited in their Drift insurance pool stake account.
It may be worth writing some tests, though it would be complex since there would be a lot to set up on the Drift program side. The tests in this repo are not up to date.
