Couldn't create the environment using .yaml

Can someone successfully create the environment? There are a lot of conflicts in the .yaml and conda couldn't solve.

I also had a trouble creating the environment, and fixed the issue by replacing notebook=6.5.3=py39h06a4308_0 with notebook=6.5.*. Hope this helps!
