This repository contains 3 main folders:

Harperetal_subm --files for reproducing Harper et al., submission to PNAS, late Paleocene - early Eocene reconstruction; contains 3 subfolders: data (houses any input data), code (sequential .R scripts), out (output which may be of interest to readers)
