Description

It's a Pokemon Obsidian Vault in vault branch. You can clone the vault branch and use it as your Obsidian Vault, for enhancing auto completion, link preview info and dataview query about Pokemon.

How to use

1. Clone the vault branch of this repo.

   git clone --branch vault https://github.com/RyoJerryYu/pokemon-vault.git

2. Open Obsidian, and choose open the folder you just cloned as a vault.
3. Enjoy! 🎉

About the master branch

The master branch is the source code for generating markdown files on the vault branch. All pokemon datas parsed from PokeAPI/api-data.

Generate markdown files

update submodule

# on master branch
git submodule update --init --recursive

Install dependencies

yarn install

Transform json data into markdown files

yarn transform

Then copy the generated markdown files to your vault.
