jQuery Progress
Progress is a jQuery plugin which displays and elegant progress bar at the top of the page to show scroll progress through targetted page content.

Options
height
The height of the progress bar element in pixels. (default="2px")
color
The color hex value of the progress bar before you've reached the bottom of the targetted content. (default="#FF0000")
completeColor
The color hex value of the progress bar once you've reached the bottom of the targetted content. (default="#00FF00")
Setup
Within the HEAD tag or near the bottom of the page place:

<script type="text/javascript" src="jquery.progress.min.js"></script>
Choose an element to use Progress on:
$("#element").progress();
