Is there something way to run without conda?

I have got ask to install this project into our lab server today,
I found this project only giving an inform the way using conda,
but any other way is not in a manual.

its runner script also requires to put "conda" into our server,
I do not want it because it allows to install the same package into many different places per user
and increases the degree of freedom drastically, it makes hard to manage entire server system.

can I get some handy manual that just mentions required package and/or library?
