the content of decompressed database file

Hi, the database files were quite large. I have download AlphaFold2 related databases and want to re-use it to save disk on HPC.
Cound you show us the full structure of directory and files of decompressed database ?

The source file of pdb100_2021Mar03.tar.gz seems to be only 82G while the Readme says it should be over 100G. Has the source file been recompressed or is it corrupted? Could anyone be so kind to share another version of the file?
