A simple python code and bat file with it to remind to take break from screen every 20 minutes and look away at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds. Just download extract and double click alarmbat.bat

#How To Use

1. Download zip. (By clicking green code button)
2. Extract anywhere.
3. Double click alarmbat.bat
4. DONE

PS: It will run in background and beep every 20 minutes. At beep press ok for next 20 minutes. Use this to give a break to your eyes.
