tactic tStop doesn't exist

typo? maybe it's should be pStop. Anyhow, when we press stop a tStop tactic is sent to the AI which is not handle.
You have an older version of UI-debug. In the old version tStop is send to stop tactic. In the current version DoNothing is send. See #94
