Since the death of RobCole.com, many who uses Rob Cole's Lightroom plugin cannot access the tools he created. Since his license allows us to redistribute his code, let's share his legacy.
FolderCollections.lrpluginarchive/: a copy of http://www.robcole.com/Rob/ProductsAndServices/FolderCollectionsLrPlugin/ from archive.org.docs/a cleanup of the above copy in markdown using pandoc.

- original readme & license1 & any other things
- newer versions, if available (currently v2.1)
- futher cleanup the docs. Currently, some of the tables are broken.
