Requires a Ganash local server

  1. In a terminal run npm run install in decentragram dir
  2. In a different terminal run truffle migrate --reset to put Smart Contracts on blockchain
  3. Navigate to localhost in web browser
  4. Use Metamask to select accounts and Ganashe local server
