open host folder (MFETest)
npm start (will run on port 9000) back folder open createtodo folder and npm install and npm run -- port 8500 back folder open list_todo folder and npm install and npm run -- port 8600
go to localhost:9000 and you will see all lists todo and you can filter each then by all, completed and active click on create new todo to move to createtodo page and add a new todo and press add to submit the todo
