For Database:
- open MySQL Workbench.
- create a new database named as "db_budget_manager".
For Spring Boot application:
- open application.properties and replace all "TODO" with your configuration.
- open command prompt in spring-boot directory.
- run command "mvn install".
- run command "mvn spring-boot:run".
For React.js application:
- open command prompt in react-js directory.
- run command "npm install".
- run command "npm start".
