This is a sample of an implementation framework using Hydra and MLFlow to manage the configuration files and experimental results when creating models based on the pytorch-lightning.
The sample is witten in jupyter notebook format, but all programs are written in python, so it can be run on the command line (not tested).
In this repository, we use EEG Database Data Set as sample dataset. https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/eeg+database This Dataset is original owner is Henri Begleiter at the Neurodynamics Laboratory at the State University of New York Health Center at Brooklyn.
pytorch-lightning を使用したモデル作成の際の設定ファイルならびに実験結果管理に、Hydra と MLFlow を用いた実装フレームワークのサンプルとして作成しました。
実行サンプルは、jupyter notebook 形式ファイルですが、プログラムは python で書いてありますので、コマンドラインでも実行できるかと思います(動作未確認)。
