Greedy Equivalence Search with Local Modification (GESLM) in GWAS
GESLM/data/ contains toy data for testing the codes.
GESLM/result/ includes GESLM results of toy data.
For function GESLM(data, alpha, outcome_loc), data is the input dataframe with header, alpha is the threshold variable that should be tuned and predetermined, outcome_loc is a vector that points out the column index of the outcome variables.
Tuning example is also provided in GESLM_tuning.R
