This is a real-time chatting application built in Node.js using the Socket.IO library. Users can join chat rooms, send messages, and see messages from other users in real-time.
To install and run the application, follow these steps:
Clone the repository to your local machine. Install the dependencies by running npm install in the project directory. Start the application by running npm start or node app.js. Open a web browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000.
To use the application, follow these steps:
Enter a nickname and choose a chat room to join. Type a message in the input field and hit enter or click the send button to send a message. You will see your message and messages from other users in the chat room in real-time. Features This application includes the following features:
