charcode(183) '·' display issue when using nerd font

- open terminal in nvy(git dir), and call gitui
- type 'f' in files tab
- type something
And then, you should see the display issue, I didn't find the way to fix this, So please check yourself
Font: guifont=Maple\ Mono\ SC\ NF:h12
this font doesn't contain the charcode(183)
