How to use
usage: download.py [-h] [--lang LANG] [--savedir SAVEDIR]
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--lang LANG target language for Wikipedia. Default value is 'ja'.
--savedir SAVEDIR directory for saving dump files. Default value is '.'
