With what PX4 firmware version Avoidance was tested correctly ?

Hey,
I'm using PX4 Vision drone which is delivered with Avoidance features. Unfortunately I updated the PX4 firmware on my first use and it seems it messes the Prevent Collision feature (enabled in Postion Mode).

Does anyone know what was the last version of the PX4 firmware whose which the Avoidance feature was tested fully ?
