The code is written based upon jiecaoyu/XNOR-Net-PyTorch (https://github.com/jiecaoyu/XNOR-Net-PyTorch). Please follow XNOR-Net-PyTorch to setup the environment and place the modified files in the CIFAR-10 folder.
