Update data ingest to add in cas id mapping

Current ingest assumes all ids are in mapping, we need to double check and add them from the ingest file.
Lisa sent me a list of CAS Ids, i will add them in manually.
Closing this - again we don't have a great automated system for this, i added them manually for now.
