Tic Tac Toe game played on a command-line or terminal. Supports 2 players and can provide suggestions for either player's next move.

How to play:

• Give the dimensions of the grid as a single integer.
• Choose whether any player (or both) would need advice during the game.
• Specify locations on the grid using 2 integers separated by space, e.g. "1 1" is the top left corner.
