Arboviruses DHIS2 module

This is the first version of the Arbovirusés DHIS-2 module.

The module includes:

1. Entomological Form
2. Adult Trapping
3. Larvae Trapping
4. Adult Resistance Testing

Entomological Form

This form collects information from each field visit of the environmental health field officers.  During the visit, the form collects

• During a house visit, information on number of tanks, drums, unused tyres, flower vases or plants in water and other containers in a house, and of these how many were positive and thier relative location in the house (outside / inside).
• Larger bodies of water in a community and the type and quantity of larvicides used.
• Actions taken, including source reduction, larvicide use, communication and other actions
• A validation tab to provide opportunity for the supervisor to validate information.

Adult Trapping

This form collects information on traps used for capturing adult mosquitoes. The form collects

• Type of trap and attractant used
• Date, time and location of installatoin and collection of the trap
• If trapped, the type and numbers of each mosquito species

Larvae Trapping

This form collects information on traps used for capturing larvae of mosquitoes. The form collects

• Id of the ovitrap used
• Date, time and location of installatoin and collection of the ovitrap
• If egg or larvae are found, the type and numbers of each mosquito genera

Adult Resistance Testing

This form collects information on CDC bottle bioassays.
