# kibana-sync This small tool helps managing multiple Kibana instances so that they're using a same set of Dashboards/Visualizations/Searches. Configuration can be versioned in a git repository, and applied through CI to a fleet of instances. It uses the AWS Go SDK to find and connect to your AWS account. That means that credentials are found through `~/.aws`, environment variables or EC2 instance role. By default, it will search through all regions for EC2 instances with a tag `Role` with the value `kibana`. Port `5601` must be open for this to work properly.
