Cloning a workspace should result in a dialog like Create workspace (with Go to workspace...)

Cloning a workspace from the list of featured workspaces just does it silently in the background.
In some scenarios a temporary notification appears in the bottom left corner to say it's been created, but with no link to open. Should be more explicit like:
