fire on ground stops animating

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'map engine test'
  2. Press the key 'n' until you get to Tristam.
  3. Wait about 3 seconds '....'
  4. See the fire effects that are on the ground stop animating. This same problem seems to occur on all maps but it's easiest to find in Tristam.

Expected behavior
The ground-on-fire effects should continuously animate probably in a loop?

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64 Build 19042
  • go version go1.16 windows/amd64
  • repo commit d5d93df

@gravestench I‘m not sure how much work should be done in the OpenDiablo2 Repo anymore (because of Abyss Engine and those shim stuff you‘re trying to implement) but if you think this bug should be fix I‘ll gladly give it a try, so you can assign it to me!

Probably not the right time to tackle this bug.
