Setup

To set up Ballot Block on your local machine, follow these steps:

  1. Fork the repository:

    • Click the "Fork" button at the top right corner of this repository's page on GitHub. This will create a copy of the repository in your GitHub account.
  2. Clone the forked repository:

git clone https://github.com/<yourusername>/ballot_block.git
  1. Navigate to the project directory:
cd ballot_block
  1. Install Node.js dependencies(make sure node is installed on your laptop):
npm i
  1. Open the contract folder and copy all the contents of the ballot_block.sol file and paste it on remix (or you can use VS Code but remix ide is recommended). Remix ide(link) : http://lnkiy.in/Remix_ide
  2. Create a new branch for your feature or bug fix.
  3. Make your changes and commit them.
  4. Push to the branch.
  5. Submit a pull request with the issue number.
