Theia: Greek goddess of sight and vision

Theia is an application to help with the 20-20-20 rule for eyesight. Every 20 minutes the app will cover the screen and notify you to look away for 20 seconds.

Installation

It is recommended you make the application startup automatically when you turn on your computer

  • You can do this by visiting your settings > serach "startup"

Windows

  • Visit Releases and install the latest version.

Linux

  • Requires notify-send to work.
  • Then visit Releases and install the latest version.

Mac

  • Currently not supported.
