Dockfile to build a ubuntu baseimage with couple of extra packages and using mirrors.aliyun.com as update sources.
The images is built on top of the most recently tagged ubuntu:14.0.4.3 image and installs the following extra packages:
- wget
- curl
- vim.tiny
