Neumann-A / meson-vcpkg

Example to run vcpkg from within meson

Invoke with:
meson --native-file <src_path>/meson-vcpkg.txt --wrap-mode nodownload <src_path>

Will automatically invoke vcpkg to install dependencies listed in vcpkg.json
