Continuously scan a specific folder for new images and display them as they appear.
Just double-click the ImageWatcher.pyw script to launch it, then point it to the folder you want it to watch.
Right-click the displayed image to either open it, or the containing folder.
You must have Python 3.10+ installed to the system PATH.
The pillow library will be downloaded and installed (if not already available) upon launch.
