Install

1. add user (bot) to gitlab and add private key with api access

2. set ENV in project Setting -> CI/CD

   MRBV_BOT_UPVOTE=10

   If you merge need in required upvotes by some users, add variable with user id separated ','.

   And merge will not merge until one of the listed users does not click upvote

   MRBV_REQUIRED_VOTE_IDS=42,326

3. add access for Bot to you project (or projects by groups)

4. run bot!

   docker run -it \
