help with onnx or keras model of TrailNet_SResNet-18.

I would really appreciate it if anyone had managed to replicate the TrailNet_SResNet-18 on keras or ONNX and is willing to share the model with me. I have spend more than twoo weeks now trying to convert that model to anything else other than caffe so I can use it for Matlab but couldnt. I have tried Microsoft MMDNN and onnxmltools.
I can't replicate it on Matlab directly at the moment so hopefully, someone has done the keras or ONNX version.
