Implements the fixed-size modulation spectrum (FMS). This is a perceptually-relevant, fixed-size representation for an audio (.wav) file. Matlab® implementation is in matlab/. Demo code there calculates FMS for 6 audio files and saves the results in .mat and .csv files. Detailed readme is located there as well.
