Model Heated Garages

RECS 2020 has "GARGHEAT" indicating whether a garage is heated. By count, 10% of the responses with a garage is a heated garage, which is non-trivial and should be considered for future integration into OS-HPXML.
Currently all garages are modeled as unconditioned spaces in OS-HPXML.
I'd speculate that most heated garages have a separate heating system for the garage and are only actively heated when someone is working in the garage while it's cold out. In other words, the garage is not constantly maintained at a heating setpoint throughout the winter. In which case, it's probably not that much energy use and will be highly specific to how much someone is in the garage.
