Remove dependency on tripal_manage_analyses module

Since many of the tripal fields in the tripal_manage_analyses module are not implemented in the standard way, they do not support web services. One may want to remove this module for that reason, but this module has it as a dependency.
The dependency is only for the creation of the chado.organism_analysis linker table, so this table creation could be duplicated in this module, and the dependency removed.
