Show only the local player count in server list pings

Instead of showing the players count across the entire multipaper network in the server list ping, only show the player count for the local multipaper server.

Building

1. Enter the only-local-players-in-ping directory and run:
   mvn

2. The plugin jar is available at:
   target/local-players-only-in-ping-1.0.0.jar
