Stage 1 implementation of a popular movies app, a requirement for fullfilling the Udacity NanoDegree program. This is an Android project created from scratch following guidelines and instuctions here.
If you want to see the application in action, clone or download the project and unzip it to your desired folder location. Open the project in Android Studio and build.
Note: Android Studio may ask you to update certain dependencies. This is not reccomended as the project hasn't been tested using other configurations. Ignore these updates and run in an emulator with an Android APK level declared in the app folder's build.gradle file.
Along with base Android Studio tools (gradle, Java, standard Google dependencies) this project also implements:
- ButterKnife - Library for easy binding of Android Views using an anotation processor
- Mr. Andrew - Wrote code and implemented app following provided guidelines outlying desired functionality. - Mr.Andrew
This project is generally licensed under the Apache License 2.0 with the exception that you must site credit to the original author of the project - see Apache License 2.0 for more details.
*Note: To any other students this license does not provide you the option of using the code to plagarise if you are currently working on the same project. You may use this for reference, but the license does not allow you to violate school policies.
